Kir Royale

Kir Royale


  • 4 teaspoons creme de cassis (black currant syrup, available at liquor stores)
  • 1 (375 ml) bottle Brut Champagne
  • 2 lemon twists


  • Pour 2 teaspoons of the creme de cassis in each of 2 tall, fluted Champagne glasses. Pour the Champagne into each glass, and add a lemon twist.   Serve immediately.
