This colorful and refreshing treat from Emeril's Tchoup Chop is perfect for the summer.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces Hangar One Mandarin Blossom Vodka
- 3/4 ounce X-Rated Fusion Liqueur
- 1 1/2 ounces strawberry puree
- 3/4 ounce freshly-squeezed lime juice
- 3 dashes Fee Bros. Rhubarb Bitters
- 1 fresh strawberry, halved, for garnish
Directions
In a cocktail shaker combine all ingredients with a scoop of ice and shake until thoroughly chilled. Strain the drink into a double old-fashioned glass over fresh ice and garnish with the strawberry and a cocktail umbrella.
