Mambo Punch
Should you want to get into the mambo mood yourself, try this delectable cocktail, made with pineapple-flavored vodka and the uniquely flowery St. Germain liqueur.
Ingredients
- 1/2 ounce pineapple-infused vodka
- 1/4 ounce St. Germain liqueur
- Dash of simple syrup
- 1 ounce orange juice
- 1 ounce ginger beer
- Lemon peel or wedge, for garnish
- Cherry, for garnish
Directions
Combine the vodka, liqueur, simple syrup, orange juice and ginger beer over ice in a rocks glass. Stir to combine, then garnish with a piece of lemon and a cherry.
