Ramos Gin Fizz

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces gin
  • Splash simple syrup
  • Splash orange flower water
  • Splash lemon juice
  • Splash cream
  • 1 egg white
  • Soda water

Directions

  • In a shaker, combine the gin, simple syrup, flower water, lemon juice, cream and egg white. Add a couple of ice cubes. Shake several times and strain into an old fashioned glass filled half way with ice. Top the drink with soda water.
