Emeril's Root Beer Floats
Ingredients
- 1 liter root beer, chilled
- 4 large scoops vanilla ice cream
- Flavored syrups, such as vanilla or cherry
- Crushed root beer candies
- 4 maraschino cherries, optional
Directions
- Fill soda fountain glasses or other tall glasses 3/4 of the way full with the root beer. Place a scoop of ice cream in each glass. Top with a drizzle of flavored syrup, and sprinkle with the candies. Garnish each with a cherry.
