Pineapple Julep Punch

Get the party started with this fruity party favorite. This recipe, courtesy of mixologist Simon Ford, is adapted from "Jerry Thomas' Bartender's Guide" (1862).

Instructions

Serves 6 to 8

Combine gin, Maraschino liqueur, orange juice, raspberry syrup and Champagne in a large pitcher and stir until well combined. Garnish with citrus slices, pineapple, and raspberries.

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces Plymouth gin
  • 4 ounces Luxado Maraschino liqueur
  • 4 ounces freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 4 ounces Raspberry Syrup
  • 1 bottle Perrier Jouet Champagne
  • Orange slices, for garnish
  • Lemon slices, for garnish
  • Lime slices, for garnish
  • Pineapple cubes, for garnish
  • Raspberries, for garnish
