Edamame

Instructions

Place the soybeans in the top of a steamer set over a large pot of simmering water. Steam until tender, about 5 minutes.

Using tongs, transfer to a large mixing bowl and toss with the sesame oil and kosher salt. Serve warm.

Yield: 1 pound steamed edamame
