Steak Sauce
Instructions
Unabashedly American and totally indulgent, great steak is the quintessential red meat. Use one-third cup per pound of Emeril's Steak Sauce as a marinade, a half-cup per pound as a grilling sauce, and as much as you want as a condiment, and you'll marvel at how something so simple can light up your mouth. Burgers and chicken can benefit from this explosively flavorful sauce as well.
