Rice Wine and Soy Dipping Sauce
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, whisk all the ingredients together. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate the sauce for 2 hours before serving.
Yield: 2 cups
Ingredients
- 1 cup rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- Dash of soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced shallots
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped roasted peanuts
- Salt
- Pinch of red pepper flakes
- 1/2 carrot, cut into matchstick strips (about 1/4 cup)
