Chef Arturo's Orange Guava Vinaigrette
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Goes well with grilled pork chops.
Makes 2 cups
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon chopped mint leaves
- 3 shallots, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 cup guava pulp
