Apricot Riesling Dressing
Instructions
In a large flat heavy pan reduce apricot nectar to 3/4 cup, whisking to prevent burning. Chill before adding wine and lime.
Makes for 4 salads

- 2 cups apricot nectar
- 1/4 cup Riesling wine
- Squeeze of lime
