Instructions
Combine rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, sesame seeds and sesame oil. Toss cucumbers in this sesame mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Reserve for plating of spring roll.
Yield: About 1 cup

- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 cucumbers, peeled, seeded, sliced into slivers
