French Toast
Instructions
Combine the eggs, cinnamon, milk, vanilla and nutmeg in a shallow bowl. Dip each piece of bread in the egg mixture making sure the bread is soaked evenly. Spray a large skillet with non-stick spray and heat over medium heat. Add the bread, one slice at a time, and cook until browned on both sides.

- 4 whole eggs
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- One-fourth cup whole milk
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- One-fourth teaspoon nutmeg
- 4 thick slices cinnamon raisin bread
