Waffles
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients and stir to mix. Pour about one-third cup into a hot waffle iron sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake until steaming stops. Repeat until all the batter is used.
Makes six 8-inch waffles
Ingredients
- One and two- thirds biscuit mix
- One-third cup yellow corn meal
- One and one-third cup 1% milk
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- One-fourth cup egg substitute
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
