Mama Simmons' Ambrosia
Instructions
In a large bowl combine orange sections with sugar and let stand 30 minutes. Mix in fresh coconut and serve.
Makes 6 to 8 servings
Ingredients
- 6 oranges, peeled and divided into sections
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- One-half cup freshly grated coconut
