Bourbon Cream
Instructions
In a large bowl whip the cream and sugar with an electric beater until thick. Beat in the bourbon, and continue to beat until soft peaks form. Serve immediately.
Yield: 3 cups

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/4 cup confectionersí sugar
- 2 teaspoons bourbon
