Creamy Garlic Dressing
Instructions
Mix the mayonnaise, garlic purČe, cheese, heavy cream, and lemon juice in a medium bowl with a rubber spatula. Season with the salt and pepper. Serve with salad, or as a dip. (The dressing will keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 24 hours.)

- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
