Fish Fry
Instructions
This is an even simpler recipe:
Spread yellow mustard over the fish, then dip the fish in corn meal, flour, half corn meal/half flour or commercial fish fry and fry in hot oil. Drain on brown paper bag or paper towels.
Cover the fish with thinly sliced white onions and cover with paper towels. Continue stacking fish and onions until all fish are fried.
HINT: If you kiss each other after the meal, make sure everyone eats the onions!
