Great Chicken Salad

Instructions

Combine the chicken, egg, celery, and onions.

Mix together the garlic, mustard, rub, pepper, salt, and mayonnaise in a serving bowl.

Add the chicken mixture and mix well. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Serve chilled.

Yield: 4 servings

  • 2 cups diced cooked chicken
  • 1 hard-boiled egg, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 3 tablespoons Creole or whole-grain mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Rustic Rub
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup One-Egg Mayonnaise
