In a soup pot heat oil over medium heat. Add turkey and cook, stirring and breaking up pieces with a wooden spoon, 3 minutes, or until meat is no longer pink. Add onion and cook, stirring, 2 minutes. Add garlic and tomato paste and cook, stirring 2 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a slow boil. Reduce heat to simmering and cook 40 minutes, until sauce reduces slightly and flavors are well blended. Adjust seasonings with salt, pepper and Creole seasoning before serving.
