Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Heat the butter in sauté pan over medium heat and add the garlic. Cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Add the remaining ingredients and cook for additional 2 minutes. Put the pecans in a bowl and toss with seasoned butter until pecans are evenly coated. Place on cookie sheet, spreading them out evenly, and bake for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
