South Beach Wine & Food Festival: Ready to share secret recipes and prepared to cook up fabulous meals at some of the area’s finest restaurants, a Who’s Who of international celebrity chefs and food personalities–accompanied by world-renowned winemakers–will descend upon South Florida as part of the fourth annual South Beach Wine & Food Festival, February 25- 27, 2005. Emeril Lagasse, Mario Batali, Charlie Trotter, Norman Van Aken, Dean Fearing, Daniel Boulud, Nobu Matsuhisa, Nigella Lawson, Todd English, Mark Militello, Marcus Samuelsson, Rachael Ray, Tyler Florence, Giada DeLaurentiis, Ming Tsai and Dozens of other culinary superstars will strut their stuff in the demonstration tent at the festival’s Grand Tasting– two glorious days of non-stop food, wine and spirits sampling on Miaim Beach — as well as in the kitchens of one dozen of Greater Miami’s hottest dining spost as part of a magnificent dinner series featuring top vintages from around the world.
