On Friday (10/14) from 3-3:45pm, Tchoup Chop’s chef de cuisine Greg Richie will be a guest chef at Epcot’s International Food & Wine Festival. He will give an exclusive culinary demonstration at the Festival Welcome Center and prepare Handmade Thai Spiced Shrimp and Pork Tortellini with Toasted Garlic Soy Jus.
