The Emeril Lagasse Foundation is hosting an online charity auction featuring exclusive items and packages to help raise funds for Chef Emeril’s children’s charities.

One-of-a-kind travel and experiences, including many autographed items, are available in an online auction starting Wednesday, October 24 - Wednesday, December 3 through www.charitybuzz.com.

Some of the items to be auctioned include:

* Tour and reception for 4 of Emeril’s Homebase headquarters in New Orleans
* Signed Viking stovetop on which Chef Emeril cooked hundreds of fabulous dishes for his “Emeril Live” audience and celebrity guests.
* Wine pairings dinner for 4 at Emeril’s Miami Beach
* VIP Weekend at Chef Emeril Lagasse’s fifth Anniversary fundraiser gala, Carnivale du Vin, at the Venetian Resort in Las Vegas

Proceeds from the online auction will benefit the Emeril Lagasse Foundation which funds programs that create developmental and educational opportunities for children.
