October 16, 2003) - We are proud to announce the winners of the Emeril’s Delmonico Restaurant Recipe Contest.

In our recent Emeril’s Delmonico Restaurant Recipe Contest, we received many recipes from Emeril fans and foodies alike. Our busy little culinary department and test kitchen took the time to review them, test them and choose the winners.

The Grand Prize goes to Ms. Brianne Lefort of Golden Meadow, Louisiana. Ms. Lefort’s ourtrageous recipe entry was the Autumn Apple Pie Cake wth Maple Spice Cream Cheese Icing.

The Second Prize goes to Ms. Mary Shivers of Ada, Oklahoma. Ms. Shivers entry was a Caramel Glazed Pumpkin Pecan Torte with Cinammon Cream Cheese Filling.

The Third Prize goes to Ms. Virginia Gros of New Orleans, Louisiana. Ms. Gros’s entray was a Pear Pecan Cake served Warm with Lemon Buttermilk Sauce and White Chocolate Mousse.
