Herbed Goat Cheese


  • 1 (4-ounce) log goat cheese
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 cup assorted soft fresh herbs, such as tarragon, parsley, chervil, dill


  • Place all ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until mixture is well combined. Place in a piping bag with a star tip. Refrigerate until ready to use.
