Orange Ginger Sauce


  • 1 cup orange marmalade
  • 2 tablespoons ginger conserve
  • 1/4 cup rum
  • 2 tablespoons julienne crystallized ginger


  • Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Heat over low heat and cook until the mixture comes to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat and serve warm.
