Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon granulated onion
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Press the rub onto meat.
