Raspberry Sauce

  • Yield: 8 servings


  • 12 ounce bag of frozen unsweetened raspberries
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • One-fourth cup apple juice concentrate


  • Combine all the ingredients in a saucpan and cook over medium heat until the sauce thickens (about 10 minutes). Remove from heat. Serve hot or cold.
