Chive Cream

  • Yield: About 3/4 cup


  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped chives
  • 2 tablespoons dry white wine
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper


  • Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until thoroughly blended. Serve immediately or store, refrigerated, in an airtight container for 2 days.
