Emeril's Tchoup Chop (pronounced chop-chop) is the second eatery by Emeril Lagasse at Universal Orlando. The name is a nod to New Orleans' famous Tchoupitoulas Street, where Emeril's flagship restaurant is located, and the word "chop" - a bold culinary term.
