Exploring the comfort and culture of a classic New Orleans seafood house
Chef Emeril Lagasse gives this New Orleans seafood house his signature 'Bam!' with a menu of market fresh fish, shellfish, steaks and his "New New Orleans" twist on Louisiana's Creole cooking. One of the most requested spots is at the restaurant's Seafood Bar, where guests can watch a variety of oysters and shellfish being shucked and prepared. Paired with a wine list that received Wine Spectator's "Best of Award of Excellence," and an imaginative sea-inspired design by New York's Rockwell Group, you'll feel closer to the Ocean than the Vegas Strip.
"New" New Orleans Seafood
The menu offers a lighter version of Creole cuisine with multi-ethnic influences and an emphasis on fresh seafood and shellfish from Louisiana and the West Coast. Specialties include Blue Crab Cakes, Sweet Barbecued Atlantic Salmon with Andouille Sausage & Potato Hash and Emeril's famous banana cream pie. Guests can also enjoy a chef's tasting written on a daily basis according to the day's catch and seasonal products from local growers.
