Emeril’s Delmonico Restaurant is pleased to offer Chef Emeril’s award winning “New” New Orleans cuisine. Our private dining rooms can accommodate parties of 10 to 120 guests in a fine dining atmosphere consistent with our reputation of fine food, wine and service.
If you choose to begin your event with hors d’oeuvres we offer a variety of options starting at $15 per guest. Emeril’s Delmonico also can offer a variety of imported and domestic Artisanal cheeses to offer during the dinner.

Menu Selections
Menu selections include a four-course set menu for dinner beginning at $58.00 per person. Also available is our Chef’s Tasting Menu which highlights our local and seasonal ingredients while showcasing the creativity of our Chef de Cuisine, Spencer Minch. The Chef’s Tasting Menu includes four savory, a cheese and dessert course.If you choose to begin your event with hors d’oeuvres we offer a variety of options starting at $15 per guest. Emeril’s Delmonico also can offer a variety of imported and domestic Artisanal cheeses to offer during the dinner.
Wine, liquor, and cordials
Our sommelier is available to select wines for your event from our wine list with selections from around the world. He can also create a wine pairing to complement your menu. Wines start at $40.00 per bottle and wine pairings start at $65.00 per person. Due to constant changes in availability, we are unable to fax or email a copy of entire list. We offer to all guests a selection of house and premium brand liquors as part of our cocktail selections as well as wines by the glass, premium coffees and a list of cordials, cognacs, armagnacs, and ports.Merchandise
To make your event more memorable for your guests, a complete line of Emeril’s merchandise is available including cookbooks, Polo & T-shirts, caps, spices, chicory coffee, and chef-wear. Chef’s Tasting Menu and Wine Pairing
The Chef’s Food and Wine Pairing is a menu that is created by our Chef to showcase his personal talents as well as highlight local and seasonal ingredients. Our Sommelier will enhance the menu by selecting wines to compliment each course. The tasting menu consists of four savory courses and dessert with the option to add an artisan cheese course.
