Welcome to Emeril's Italian Table
Emeril Lagasse serves up rustic Italian-inspired fare -- his signature take on the familiar Italian staples that he knows and loves.

Emeril's antipasto bar anchors the restaurant, turning out creative Italian snacks, salumi and artisan cheeses. A wood-burning oven is used to craft exceptional pizzas, made and fired to order. A wine and cocktail bar, cafe-style seating area and warm, rustic main dining room overlooks the promenade leading from the Sands Hotel to the nearby Sands Casino floor.

Fresh, Rustic Italian Cooking
The menu features antipasti, soups and fresh salads, handmade pastas (available in half- and full-sized portions), plus fish, meat and vegetarian plates. Not to be missed: gelato, homemade ice creams, cakes and other sweet Italian confections.
