Emeril brings one of the best tables from his flagship New Orleans restaurant to Las Vegas!
The spirit of Table 10 began over twenty years ago, at table (numbered 10 on the floor plan) inside Emeril's flagship New Orleans restaurant. Daily rituals were performed here - reviewing plans, writing menus, interviewing staff and exploring new ideas. Every night ended at table 10, and it became a round table of conversations and an environment for creative ideas.
Table 10 presents diners with a prime seat to experience Emeril's distinctive bold culinary style. With an energetic atmosphere that reflects the best of New Orleans with the style of Las Vegas, the highlight of which is the chef's Food Bar overlooking the open kitchen, where 10 or so lucky guests can watch the culinary team busy at work. Nearby the warm glow of the flaming rotisseries that are used continuously throughout the day showcase the best products, meats and seafood from local purveyors.
Fresh take on Creole cooking with market fresh ingredients
The menu showcases Emeril's creativity through wide range of creative seafood, steak and pork dishes, with an emphasis on market fresh vegetables and local farm products. Not to be missed: chef's creative selection of snacks, an original classic cocktail menu, and for dessert, Portuguese-style beignets called White Chocolate Malassadas.
