1⁄2 cup diced roasted red pepper (from about 3⁄4 cup packed jarred roasted red pepper)
3⁄4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1⁄4 teaspoon salt
1⁄8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor,
and process for 30 seconds. Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula, and process for 30 seconds longer. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
Yield: 1 1⁄2 cups
