Try this elegant cocktail, from mixologist Aisha Sharpe, at your next party.
- 2 ounces Plymouth gin
- 1 ounce simple syrup
- 3/4 ounce lemon juice
- 2 to 3 ounces dry Champagne
- Splash of Absinthe
Combine gin, simple syrup, and lemon juice in a shaker over ice and shake until well chilled. Strain into a Collins glass over 1 large ice cube; top with Champagne and a splash of absinthe.
