Prosecco with Orange Sorbet and Cointreau

Ingredients

• 1 cup Orange Sorbet
• 1/2 cup Cointreau
• 1 (750 ml) bottle Prosecco or other sparkling wine
• Caramelized oranges, for garnish

Instructions

Makes 6

Using a small ice-cream scoop or a tablespoon, place one scoop sorbet into each champagne flute. Top sorbet with 1 tablespoon Cointreau; fill glass with Prosecco. Garnish with an orange slice and serve.
