Gremolata

Serve this sprinkled over osso buco, braised lamb shanks, or roast beef.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup minced fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
  • 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon grated lemon zest

Instructions

Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl, and stir to blend.

Yield: About 1/2 cup, 6 servings
