Italian Sunrise Cocktail

Ingredients

• 1 oz vodka
• 1 oz limoncello
• 2 oz orange juice
• 1/4 oz Campari

Instructions

Fill a collins or highball glass with ice. Add the vodka and the limoncello. Add enough orange juice to come almost to the top of the glass, about 2 ounces. Gently pour the Campari into the glass; it will sink to the bottom. Do not stir and serve immediately.

Yield: 1 drink
