Kiwi Sorbet

Ingredients

Two and one-half cups packed peeled and chopped kiwis
One and one-fourth cups simple syrup
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon triple sec

Instructions

In the bowl of a food processor combine all ingredients and puree until smooth. Refrigerate until very cold and then process in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions.
