Herbed Goat Cheese

Ingredients

1 (4-ounce) log goat cheese
2 tablespoons sour cream
1/2 lemon, juiced
1/4 cup assorted soft fresh herbs, such as tarragon, parsley, chervil, dill

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until mixture is well combined. Place in a piping bag with a star tip. Refrigerate until ready to use.
