Sauteed Shiitake Mushrooms |
Ingredients

InstructionsPlace a saute pan over medium-high heat. Add the oil and heat. When the oil is hot, add the mushrooms and saute until they begin to give up their liquid, about 4 minutes. Add the sesame oil, soy sauce, sake, and orange juice and zest and cook for 2 minutes. |
