Apricot Riesling Dressing

Ingredients

• 2 cups apricot nectar
• 1/4 cup Riesling wine
• Squeeze of lime

Instructions

In a large flat heavy pan reduce apricot nectar to 3/4 cup, whisking to prevent burning. Chill before adding wine and lime.

Makes for 4 salads
