Dad's Hill Country Peach Daiquiris

Ingredients

• 1 cup of peeled and sliced ripe Freestone peaches
• 2 ounces light rum
• Juice of one-half lime
• One-half cup crushed ice
• Pinch of superfine sugar

Instructions

In a blender, combine all ingredients and process for about 30 seconds. Pour into chilled glasses.

Yield: 1 drink
