Frozen Coffee Drink

Ingredients

• 1 gallon French vanilla ice cream
• 3 cups strong black coffee
• One-half fifth quality bourbon (optional)

Instructions

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth and creamy. This can be made ahead and stored in the freezer.
