Ingredients

  • One-half ounce crËme de cassis (currant-flavored liqueur)
  • 4 ounces dry white wine (chilled)
  • Lemon twist

Instructions

Pour the cassis into a large wine glass and add the wine.  The cassis should remain at the bottom of the glass so the drink gets sweeter as it diminishes.  More white wine can be added if desired. Garnish with the lemon twist.

Yield: 1 serving
