Mojito Cocktail

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup lime juice
• 2 ounces white rum
• 2 teaspoons sugar, or to taste
• 4 ounces club soda
• 2 sprigs mint

Instructions

Combine all ingredients except mint in a shaker with crushed ice. Shake, strain into a glass and serve.
 
Yield: 1 cocktail
