Tomato Puree

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup tomatoes diced
• 2 tablespoons white wine
• Salt and pepper

Instructions

In a small pan over the medium heat, cook the tomatoes and wine for 20 minutes. Season to taste, cool and puree.
