Lemon Aioli

Ingredients

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 lemon (2 tablespoons lemon juice and 1 teaspoon lemon zest chopped)
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
Salt and pepper
Dash Tabasco
1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions

Place all ingredients except the olive oil in the work bowl of the food processor. Process until smooth. While the machine is running, slowly add the oil, until all is incorporated. Season with Tabasco, salt, and pepper.
